With 13 years of experience in the industry, I’ve honed my skills through dedication and practice, becoming a self-taught expert in cake making and design.
My journey began with a simple desire to create beautiful and delicious cakes, driven by my artistic nature. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, from individual clients to event planners, and even celebrities like Danny Trejo. My vision is to collaborate with high-profile celebrities and eventually open a cake school to share my knowledge with others.

My ultimate goal is to expand my bakery globally, with aspirations to open locations in Dubai, Italy, and France.
